Richview Residence is located in Toronto near the Kipling-Eglinton intersection. The residence, which is owned and operated by the Richview Baptist Foundation, includes two apartment buildings that are attached by a short hallway with one building situated at 1540 Kipling Avenue and the other at 105 Clement Road. Administrative offices for Richview Community Care Services are easily accessible and located in a walkway between the two buildings.

The residence is a social housing complex consisting of 323 independent apartment units of which 13 are fully wheelchair accessible.
