Board is dedicated to maintaining
a highly skilled workforce with funds
allocated for staff training, professional
development and a competitive wage
structure for the sector.

our Personal Support Workers
Our team of 13
Personal Support Workers (PSWs) is
on-site 24-hours a day, 365 days a
year. Working from an empowerment
model, PSWs assist clients in completing
activities of daily living while encouraging
tenants to do as much for themselves
as possible. All of our staff has
completed the Ministry of Education
and Training certificate required
to achieve the designation of Personal
Support Worker. An ongoing program
for staff development enables our
front-line staff to keep current with
new care-giving practices and technology.
